REMODELING NEWS

As some of you may have seen, the Arroyo Seco area has been having some work done. We wanted to take advantage of the space in between the concrete floor and the boulders that were there. The board decided to build a concrete floor to extend the existing one, and be able to use all the area for the getting togethers of the homeowners.  Also, we secured the rocks that were in between the steps around the Arroyo, so itīs safer for everybody to walk around the area.

Also, Ulises worked really hard removing and accomodating all the rocks that were on the stream bed at the arroyo. It looks really nice!.. You will love it when you see it!

PARKING AT THE UPPER LOT

To all Homeowners,

It has become apparent over the last year or two that the usage of the upper fenced parking area has increased in volume. It is also noticeable that there are vehicles, boats, trailers and trucks that look abandoned, not operable or appear to be salvage. In an effort to provide parking for those that choose to use the area for its intended purpose, removal of those vehicles that are inoperable, not currently registered and in disrepair is currently proposed. This will provide room for more parking and vehicle storage, returning the area to its intended purpose. It is the intention of the involved HOA’s to compile a list of owners and their respective vehicles that use the facility. During the next three months, or prior to Oct. 1st if possible, it would be appreciated if those storing vehicles/trailers/boats in the lot would notify their respective HOA with the vehicle’s information. In this way a current listing of all units would be compiled and the removal of those vehicles no longer operable can be removed to provide more useful parking space.

We appreciate your help in advance and wait for your updated information ASAP.

Sincerely,

Board of Directors
Cluster I

LAUNDRY ROOMS

As you know, the HOA purchased three new sets of water & energy efficient washers & dryers. Finally, C, E & F Laundry rooms are all set and the new machines have been installed. From now on, the facility is for  HOMEOWNERS IN RESIDENCE ONLY, returning to the previously approved policy on our Assembly General Meeting a few years ago. With this measure, we are trying to prevent any abuse done by non-owners and maids that do not know how to operate the machines.

The HOA Office is requiring homeowners to come and sign a contract for the laundry use that establishes the rules attached to it. As soon as the contract is signed, the homeowner will be provided with an access code to enter the facility.

For the guests convenience, the HOA office will have a list available of the closest Laundry places, with addresses & phone numbers.

Thanks to all for your patience!

A LITTLE REMINDING...

If you are planning to leave La Jolla for a long period of time, we would like to remind you to shutt-off all your condo water valves. This way we can prevent any flood incident that could affect your unit and the ones underneath.
Thanks for your cooperation!
